Finnish Russian InfraNet Project provides customers in Finland and North-West Russia with information, educational and consulting services. Moreover in the beginning of 2005 Portal is planned to work as an Internet shop and a tool for attraction investments in energy and environment sphere of Finland and North-West Russia. Information is available in Russian, English and Finnish. Portal is operating with the help of Finnish SKY company.
