         09.00 Thematic sessions and discussions.
         Session 1. Innovation technologies.
         Session 2. Logistics.
         Session 3. Energy efficiency, construction and dwelling comfort.
         19.00 Jubilee reception of Oulu province.

07.04.2005 Visits and sight-seeing day, closing the Forum.
         09.00 Visits and sight-seeing, meetings of businessmen.
         15.00 Presentation dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Ekotech –Energy-50 Association. Discussion of future activity.
         16.00 Final ceremony, closing the Energy and Environment Forum. Discussion of future activity.
