1 billion rubles is necessary for renovation of heating system in Arkhangelsk

About 1 billion rubles it is required for renovation of boiler-houses and heating systems of Arkhangelsk city. Assistant to mayor of Arkhangelsk city on municipal economy Mr. Anatoly Nazarov has declared it on November 22 at the conference on development of housing and communal services.

As Mr. Nazarov has told, nowadays 190 boilers are operating in 50 municipal boiler-houses. 60 have already overcome a deterioration level. So, more fuel, and more human resources are needed for running of these boilers. In spite of that boiler efficiency is lower. Now process on closing of small and ineffective boiler-houses and more rational use of larger boiler-houses is going on.

Mr. Dmitry Akishev the deputy of the city council has noted, that heating tariffs are overstated and exceed federal standards for 16 %.
