Discussion about the reform if the housing and communal services will pass in St. Petersburg on 16-18 February
In St. Petersburg on 16-18 February will pass a conference «A role of local home rule in re-structuring and retrofits of the housing and communal services".

This conference will be organized by the Ministry of industry and energetics of the Russian Federation and Ministry of transport, buildings and housing and communal services of Germany.

As have notified RIA News the participants of conference will become more than 250 German specialists, including of the mayors of cities, investment patterns, and also specialized building and municipal companies interested in development of the housing and communal services of Russia.

From the Russian part in conference will take part more than 450 specialists, including quoters of municipal formations and subjects of federation interested top industrials.

Waiting that in conference will take part participation the minister of regional development of Russian Federation Vladimir Yakovlev and minister of transport, building and housing economy of Germany Manfred Shtolpe.

The participants of conference will discuss about problems of conditioning for housing construction, and also problems of financial, as through participation in the federal address investment programs, and through obtaining of the credits in international and Russian credit organizations.

The main problem of conference is the improvement of joint actions of federal government and institutions of local government in the reform of the housing and communal services.
Also one of the most important problems will be concluding business contacts between Russian and German companies.
